Mających na celu udzielenie „Zezwolenia na prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej na terenie Warmińsko-Mazurskiej Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej”.

as a Manager-Mazurską special economic zone
on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of economy and labour of 15 November 2004 on the tenders and negotiations and criteria for the evaluation of objectives to business ventures, to be taken by the entrepreneurs in the Warmia-Mazuria special economic zone (Journal of laws of 2015 r. 2049), hereinafter referred to as „the regulation”
INVITES YOU TO:
I. JOINT TENDER
Aimed at:
1) selecting an entrepreneur who will receive the permission to conduct a business activity within the area of the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone
and
2) the sale of undeveloped plots of land with a total area of 0.6180 ha, numbered standard 269/6, 270/6 covered by the book of a lifetime no PL1M/00050469/2 carried out by the District Court in Mlawa and 271/8 covered by the book perpetual # PL1M/00033544/7 operated by the District Court in MLAWA, situated within # 11 Mlawa integration, in the Subzone Mlawa.
The starting price for the acquired property is: 259 000.00 PLN + 23% VAT.
The tendering security shall be: 26 000.00 PLN.
The starting price is the minimum price below which the property will be disposed of.
or
3) sale of land not built on land with an area of 5.8137 hectares, consisting of parcels marked with the numbers 19/2 19/7, standard, 19/8 and 24/3, covered by the book of perpetual # OL1N00022190/0 carried out by the District Court in nidzica, within # 1 of Nidzica, within Nidzica Subzone.
The starting price for the acquired property is: 1 512 000.00 PLN + 23% VAT.
The tendering security shall be: 151 000.00.
The starting price is the minimum price below which the property will be disposed of.
II. NEGOTIATIONS
Aiming at granting „The permission to conduct a business activity within the area of the Warmia-Mazury Special Economic Zone”.
1. Participation in the tender or negotiations is conditioned by:
– Purchase of “Specification of the essential terms of negotiations” or “Specification of the essential terms of tender”;
– in the case of participation in the tender the payment of the security deposit is required;
– submitting the written offer in accordance with the terms of the “Specification of the essential terms of negotiations” or “Specification of the essential terms of tender”.
2. Form and time limit to lodge a security deposit, and the conditions for its forfeiture specifies the „Specification of the essential terms of tender”.
3. Offers should contain all elements listed in the “Specification of the essential terms of negotiations” or “Specification of the essential terms of tender”. The assessment of an economic undertaking presented in the offer, will be made on the basis of criteria based on the Regulation.
4. The „Specification of the essential terms of tender” can be received every day except Saturdays and Sundays, in 8:00 – 15:30, at the registered office of the Company, upon presentation of proof of payment to the account of W-M SSE at PKO Bank Polski S.A. no. 26 1020 3541 0000 5502 0263 8062: PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand PLN) + 23% VAT.
5. The “Specification of the essential terms of negotiations” can be received every day except Saturdays and Sundays, in 8:00 – 15:30, at the registered office of the Company, upon presentation of proof of payment to the account of W-M SSE at PKO Bank Polski S.A. no. 26 1020 3541 0000 5502 0263 8062:
– PLN 20,000.00 (in words: twenty thousand PLN) + 23% VAT – applicable to entrepreneurs who intend to carry out business activities on real property referred to in article 5 paragraph 3, of the Act of 20 October 1994 on Special Economic Zones,
or
– PLN 10,000.00 (in words: ten thousand PLN) + 23% VAT – applicable to other cases.
6. Tenders must be submitted to Headquarters in-M SSE S.A. (Secretariat), in Olsztyn, Poland, ul. Barczewskiego 1, 20.03.2017 to HR. 10:00.
7. Comising the opening of the bids will take place at the headquarters of the W-M SSE S.A. 20.03.2017 on the hour. 11:00.
Information on the tender, negotiations and specifications shall be at the headquarters of the W-M SSE S.A. in Olsztyn.
